This news makes me so happy. I love Kate Middleton to bits and think she’s always fashionable and elegant.
Smiling can cure stress: According to the new scientific studies in the University of Kansas, smiling is healthy. Even a forced smile decreases stress and is therefore healthy. So show your teeth and smile!
The longest tennis match ever: The longest men’s singles tennis match ever played was played last Friday. Roger Federer from Switzerland and Juan Martin del Potro from Argentina played on for whopping 4 hours and 26 minutes.
Michael Phelps creates history: Michael Phelps created history last Tuesday by winning the most Olympic medals, when he won his 19th Olympic medal beating Larissa Latynina, the previous record holder. He made even greater history yesterday when he won his 22nd Olympic medal in his last ever Olympic race.
Robert Pattinson was about to propose: The Twilight-star Robert Pattinson was going to propose his long-term girlfriend and Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart when news broke that she had cheated on him with a married movie director.
Archaeologists find traces of really old chocolate: Apparently traces have been found of 2500-year old chocolate on a plate in the Yucatán peninsula. This finding is special because before chocolate residue had only been found in cups, never on a plate. Personally I find this little contradicting; wouldn’t any trace or residue of the chocolate have decomposed in 2500 years?
